These terms govern your use of the Riffle website and app, provided by Riffle Labs ("Riffle", "we", "us"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Using Riffle
- You must be old enough to use the service under the laws of your country.
- Use Riffle lawfully. Don't abuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to break the service or its security.
- We're in beta — features may change, break, or be removed as we improve things.
Your content
If you create or publish games or other content, you keep ownership of it. You grant us a license to host, display, and distribute that content within Riffle so the service can function. Don't post content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
Our content
Riffle, its branding, and the software behind it belong to Riffle Labs. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riffle Labs is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
