Riffle Labs ("Riffle", "we", "us") builds Riffle, a feed of bite-size games. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and honest.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect your email address and any name or message you provide.
- Product usage. When you use the Riffle app, we collect anonymous, device-level usage and gameplay events (for example, which games are played) to operate and improve the product.
- Technical data. Standard request data such as IP address and browser/user-agent, used for security and to prevent abuse.
How we use it
- To run the waitlist and let you know when access opens.
- To respond to your messages.
- To operate, secure, and improve our product and understand how it performs.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run Riffle (such as hosting and product-analytics providers) under appropriate confidentiality terms, or where required by law.
Data retention
We keep waitlist and contact information for as long as needed to provide the service and then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
- You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time.
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us.
